Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Export, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Any questions regarding the project must be submitted to Allen Kniss no later than 4:00 P.M. on September 25, 2026, via email at allen.kniss@gibsonthomas.com Installation of a new helicopter pad. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Scope Work The Work to be done under the Contract, as shown on the Plans and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all Materials and any other necessary Work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, Materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the Work and place it in satisfactory operation , implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed by Contractor without extra cost to the Owner. The titles or headings of the various divisions, sections, paragraphs, subparagraphs or of Shop Drawings, and the Table of Contents and the indexes, as used in any of the Contract Documents are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to limit and shall not be construed as in any way limiting the application of the text.
