Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Neillsville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Re-routing of approximately 3,500 ft of ATV/UTV trail including mulching, clearing vegetation, stump removal, stripping soil, installing 6-inch thick 3/4-inch grade 3 base course, hauling gravel, installing HDPE culverts, installing rip rap, and placing boulders for barricades and berms. Mulching/Clearing: Clearing vegetation & large trees, mulching brush, stump removal. Stripping soil; repurpose stripped soil. Material Spec - Grade 3 Base Course 3/4" 6" thick, 15' wide along whole project site. Material Source - Gravel hauled in. Culvert install - One 24" x 24" culvert and remove old culvert. Rip rap for culvert ends. o Install boulders for barricades; Boulder placement and berming of present materials. o Project to be completed no later than December 1, 2026 Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
