Bids are sought by the Town of Plymouth for Town Wharf Repairs - Phase II. Perform all activities and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor services, and incidentals to implement the Work in accordance with the Contract between the Owner and the Contractor including, but not limited to, the following: Site mobilization and demobilization Repairs of existing Wharf Replacement of timber pile caps including removing and reinstalling existing precast concrete deck panels Repair (Sistering) of timber pile caps Repair/Replacement of select timber bearing piles and pile hardware Replacement of select timber fender piles and pile hardware Repair select wave fence slats and wales and replace associated hardware Replace select bracing members and associated hardware Replace select hardware for existing timber members h. Supply and install new concrete light pole bases i. Supply and install new precast concrete deck panels as necessary Supply and install new fuel line hangers Restoration of all disturbed areas as required All tasks, requirements, deliverables, etc. contained in the Contract Documents are the sole responsibility of the Contractor unless specifically assigned to Others . Project Work to be performed by the Contractor includes, but is not limited to, the following: Prepare and implement a Contractor Health and Safety Plan. Install, operate, and maintain temporary facilities and controls, including: a. b. Worker health and safety measures. Environmental controls. Establishing survey control points, as necessary. Obtaining all construction-related permits and clearances, as required, for completion of the Work. Read, understand, and abide by the provisions of all permits and provide coordination and adequate notice as may be required by the regulatory agencies. Demobilize and promptly remove all contractor supplies, equipment, and tools from the Site after completion of the Work. Restore, repair, or replace utilities, and other features that were removed, damaged, destroyed, or disrupted during construction. Provide and perform any other equipment, Work, or submittals required to facilitate items above and the Work shown on the Contract Drawings.
