Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Burley, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction and modifications to solid waste facilities including the Milner Butte Landfill, Blaine County Ohio Gulch Transfer Station, Gooding County Transfer Station, and the Minidoka County Transfer Station. The project scope includes well installation, structural metal fabrications, site works, roofing and wall panel systems, doors and windows, interior/exterior finishes, HVAC, electrical, and communication and security system upgrades. Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Great West Engineering no later than 12:00 pm (local time) on December 9, 2026. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Oral questions will only be accepted at the Pre- Bid Conference. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure that questions or comments have been received by email reply from Mr. Raibley.
