Bid open The room marked Penobscot Conference Room is the temporary Council Chambers location where Bid Opening meetings are held. Meeting Entrance door will be opened 10 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time The City of Bangor (City) Engineering Department requests proposals for the installation of a new concrete block retaining wall at the Renewal by Anderson Entrance at the Cross Center. The improvements will consist of removing a portion of the existing keystone block retaining wall and installing 580 SF of new concrete block gravity wall along with backfill, underdrain, and loam. See the attached plans for more details Cross Center Retaining Wall The scope of work is as follows: A. Remove portion of existing keystone block retaining wall. B. Excavate existing material and install new concrete block gravity wall along with freedraining gravel and 3/4 stone backfill and underdrain as shown on the plans. C. New gravity wall to be designed and stamped by manufacturer. XI. Warranty Proposer must provide information on equipment, installation, and workmanship warranties for all provided elements of the proposal.
