Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Scope of Work Summary: Complete renovation of existing student restrooms (to include existing concession area) located across from the Cafeteria in the Peakes Auditorium area. Total renovation area is 500sf+-. Specific work includes cutting and removal of floor slab for new plumbing; demolition of CMU walls; roof penetration for new utilities; new masonry openings in existing CMU wall; removal of windows in masonry wall and infill; repointing exterior brick work; erection of new metal stud walls; minor HVAC work; new tile finishes; partitions; new plumbing fixtures; and associated electrical work. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be emailed to all Plan Holders.
