Bid open The room marked Penobscot Conference Room is the temporary Council Chambers location where Bid Opening meetings are held. Meeting Entrance door will be opened 10 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time. Dock 12 Parking Lot Drainage Improvements The City of Bangor (City) Engineering Department requests proposals for the parking lot drainage improvements at Dock 12 on Polk Street. The improvements will consist of removing a portion of the existing parking lot, installing new type F catch basins, and regrading and repaving the existing parking lot to grade to the new type F catch basins. See the attached plans for more information. Question Deadline 05/23/2025 at 4:30 PM ET Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov The scope of work is as follows: A. Saw cut, excavate, regrade and repave approximately 1390 sf of existing parking lot to drain to new Type F catch basins. B. Install 3 new Type F catch basins and tie into existing Type F catch basin in parking lot. C. Install 36 LF of 6 and 18 LF of 8 storm drain and backfill.
