All questions will be answered in a written Addendum. All Addenda must be noted on the Bid Form. Northern Light Health Cancer Survivorship Clinic P 25111 Northern Light Health (NLH) hereby invites bids for the Cancer Survivorship Clinic P Project Description - The project consists of interior renovation of 2,300 SF of existing office on a portion of the first level of the Cianchette Building, 43 Whiting Hill Road, Brewer Main clinical practice space. General Scope of Work - The scope of work generally consists of the following, which is not an all-inclusive list: - Demolition of existing finishes and partitions, legal disposal of all construction waste. - Framing of new partitions. - Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical modifications/additions, including sprinkler and fire alarm modifications. - New door frames and hardware. - Interior casework and counters. - Ceiling, wall and flooring finished Request for Information Procedure questions shall be directed to Jenn Bartlett, Project Manager at jbartlett@northernlight.org Bid Security and Duration - Bid must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within sixty (60) days of the date of the Bid Opening. Bid Form - Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Project Manual. Refer to the Bid Form and the Instructions to Bidders for additional information. Contract Security - The selected Contractor will be re furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the price, together with Lien Waivers to cover the execution of the work, which shall be in conf with the Bonds and Lien Waivers contained in the Project Manual. Contract Jurisdiction - Th Contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of all pertinent general public laws of Maine in effect at the time of the execution of the Contract. Owner's Reservations - The reserves the right to waive any and all technical and legal deficiencies, to reject any and a to accept any Bid that the Owner may deem to be in their best interest. Federal grant fund this project has been provided by Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). All performed on this project must comply with all applicable HRSA policies, guidelines, and requirements.
