Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work for the ALFRED A. PLOURDE PARKWAY MILL & FILL PAVING shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing and installing (except as noted) all materials labor and equipment necessary to resurface or rehabilitate streets or roads as listed, including: utility cover adjustments: water gate box lowering and raising, tack coat, shim, and overlay; driveway preparation and lawn and driveway restoration; pavement removal, common excavation, aggregate base gravel; erosion and traffic control and cleanup. Interested bidders must register with the Purchasing Agent either through direct response to the City's RFP solicitation at mryerson@lewistonmaine.gov or by contacting the Purchasing Agent Allen Ward at 207-513-3040 or award@lewistonmaine.gov to be added to the bidders list.
