Demolition and site work for a residential development in Lewiston, Maine. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid price, made out in favor of the City of Lewiston. The successful bidder will not be required to present a 100% Performance and Payment Bond as surety for the performance of the contract Demolition shall be done in a manner to maximize the amount of wood materials that will be accepted at ReSource to minimize the number of mixed loads being processed. ReSource will provide the City with feedback on this during the project Demolition & removal of all structures bid to include: -costs of contractor's required demolition permit being issued -an estimated 50 yards of fill for foundation hole -loam/seeding as outlined in bid specifications Performance & Payment Bonds are not required. Performance & Payment Bonds are not required. Demolition of the single-family home at 89 Acadia Avenue in its entirety Removal of the abandoned vehicle (title whereabouts unknown) Removal of foundation walls, filling and backfilling of the foundation to grade Coordination of the demolition start following ACM removal completion Bid pricing must include the cost of a City of Lewiston Demolition Permit.
