Site work and paving for a road / highway in Limestone, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Limestone is seeking bids for asphalt paving at 3 job sites. Some areas will require shimming before final overlay. Bids must include separate pricing for machine placement and hand placement at each site. Pricing should include milled joints and tack for all paved surfaces. Tack must be applied by truck only. The Town will be responsible for sweeping and prepping. Product and placement of product must follow Maine DOT specification 401 or latest version. Paving must be completed no later than September 31, 2022. Areas to be paved are marked by "LPW" 1) Bog Rd starting at Ward Road west to 408 Bog Rd 2) From 647 to 913 Bog Road 3) West Limestone Rd from Noyes Rd intersection south to the town line Any questions are to be directed to Foreman, Justin Evens at 538-6216.
