The Town of Limestone, Maine seeks individual sealed bids for improvements at the Limestone Town Hall, 93 Main Street, consisting of three items. Bid Item A: furnish vinyl sheet flooring and subflooring repairs in both bathroom units, provide a new toilet, urinal, and sink with new plumbing controls in the male restroom, and a new toilet and sink with new plumbing controls in the female restroom. Bid Item B: furnish vinyl sheet flooring and subflooring repairs in the kitchen and public lobby areas, furnish sheeted heavy-duty rubber flooring for the entrance vestibule and janitor's closet, correcting subflooring repairs as necessary. Bid Item C: furnish repairs to the siding on the rear side of the garage, create stairs for an exit door, and perform soffit repairs as necessary. All work must conform to the specifications attached to the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders may inspect the public areas for review. No oral interpretation will be provided to any bidder as to the meaning of the Specifications or other contract documents.
