The Town of Lincoln has been awarded a $500,000 EPA Community-Wide Brownfields Assessment Grant and is seeking a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to conduct necessary tasks including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments and Cleanup Planning as part of their Brownfields Assessment Program. The initial agreement will begin upon execution and last until the completion of the associated tasks. The selected firm should be able to begin work promptly following a Notice to Proceed and collaborate with the Town throughout the contract period. Interested parties must access the full bid package at the Lincoln Town Office, through the Town's website, or by contacting the Economic Development Administrator. Proposals must be submitted in electronic PDF format via email, using the specified subject heading. Proposals will be accepted until March 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. local time.
