Renovation Work Shall Be Completed by August 21, 2026. The New Vestibule and Exterior Work Shall Be Completed by December 1, 2026. The Successful Bidder Shall Perform the Work and Furnish a Performance and Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price With a Corporate Surety Authorized to Do Business in the State of Maine. The Contractor Shall Guarantee All Materials and Equipment Furnished and Work Performed for a Period of One Year From the Date of Substantial Completion. The Performance Bond Shall Remain in Full Force and in Effect Through the Guarantee Period. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Technical or Legal Deficiencies, to Reject Any Unbalanced Bids, to Accept Any Bid That It May Deem to Be in the Best Interests of the Owner, to Negotiate the Contract Price With Any Bidder, and to Omit Any Item or Items Deemed Advisable for the Interest of the Owner.
