Campbell Environmental Group, Inc. is seeking bids from civil contractors to provide demolition services for elevated piping at the former Lincoln Paper & Tissue Powerhouse, Building 23 (former Powerhouse). After asbestos is removed by another contractor, cut and remove overhead pipe bridges from North & East sides with limits of demolition shown on Figure 9. b.
