Renovation of a municipal facility in Lubec, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
As of December 19, 2025 No bid received on the Project . No Definite date for rebid Estimated cost is under $20,000. The Town of Lubec is seeking bids for the construction to replace the existing entrance ramp and platform located at 40 School St., town office building. All materials used shall be composite decking. Bid price shall include removal of debris. Sealed bids clearly marked “Ramp Bid” should be addressed to the Board of Selectmen, Town of Lubec, 40 School Street, Lubec, ME 04652. Please include proof of workers’ comp or proof of an approved contractor predetermination. The selectmen reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
