Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: Demolition of the existing steam boiler plant. Furnish and install a new boiler plant consisting of three new natural gas fired cast iron sectional steam boilers and a new feedwater tank system. Bidders shall meet outside in front of the building on the corner of Myrtle St and Cumberland Ave. In the event of inclement weather, if Portland Schools and/or City operations have been cancelled, any scheduled prebid meetings will be cancelled as well.
