Sealed bids are requested for Longfellow Elementary School Façade Repairs at 432 Stevens Ave, Portland, ME. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform precast replacement and miscellaneous façade repairs at the school. All preparation, application, and clean-up must be performed per the specifications and manufacturers' recommendations. Bids must be submitted electronically or via mail/delivery as instructed. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure their bid is submitted by the specified deadline. Late or faxed bids will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the school's main entrance, and attendance is required for all prospective qualified bidders. All questions shall be directed in writing to the Purchasing Office and be received no later than 12:00 noon on May 6th, 2026. Questions may be mailed to the City's Purchasing Office, emailed to pfitzgerald@portlandmaine.gov or faxed to the Purchasing Office, at (207) 874-8652.
