The project consists of a partial renovation of the Presidents Office Suite on the 4th floor of the Wishcamper Center. The project is intended to provide newly enclosed offices for administrative staff, enlarge several other offices (including the Presidents office) and create a larger and more comfortable conference room with a concealed break area. a. Removal of cubicle partitions from the open office areas within the suite. b. Construction of three new fully enclosed offices adjacent to the Suites reception area. c. Relocation of copier cubical to new location adjacent to the reception desks. d. Enlargement of the President's office and the three adjacent offices via removal of existing partition and construction of new partitions further north. e. Installation of demountable glass partitions and doors at new or modified offices. f. The existing floor, wall and ceiling finishes are intended to be maintained where possible. New finishes, where required, are intended to match the existing finishes as closely as possible. g. Reconfigure, relocate or replace electrical, HVAC, plumbing and Life Safety systems as needed to support the new room layouts. The University of Southern Maine intends to partially renovate the Presidents Office Suite on the 4th floor of the Wishcamper Center.
