Renovation of a military facility in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Multi-Mission Building (MMB) - partial roofing replacement at second story roofs, floor and wall finishes replacement, suspended ceilings replacement, replace boiler hydronic circulation pumps, repair/replace AHU's, provide ERV's and fresh air / exhaust air, replace second floor sprinkler system with dry-pipe, branch circuits replacement at first floor and corridors, lighting replacement, provide shunt trip devices, replace battery room circuits, fire alarm system. Barracks/Galley Building (UPH) - Replace mess deck flooring, replace mess deck windows, replace mess deck/galley fire shutters, provide modular walk-in refrigeration and freezer boxes, lavatory and shower head replacement, repair/replace ERV's, replace boiler breeching, replace kitchen hood in galley, replace steam warming table, grease interceptor and plumbing, fire alarm system. Boat Maintenance Facility (BMF) - Fire Alarm System. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 362 calendar days. If the option is exercised at award, the performance period will be established as 362 days. If exercised after award the performance period will be increased accordingly not to exceed 60 days.
