Renovation of an educational facility in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,000-square-foot educational facility.
MDI Regional School System is conducting a competitive proposal process for a roofing project at the Pemetic Elementary School, 327 Main Street, Southwest Harbor, ME 04679. Work includes but is not limited to a shingle replacement project (~13,000 sf) and EPDM roof repairs. EPDM roof repairs include but are not limited to: drains, EPDM membrane flashing repairs, perimeter metal & cover strip repairs, metal flashings, curbs, etc. This project is to be completed by August 15th, 2025. Proposal security is not required on this project. Payment and Performance Bonds are required on this project. Please email Scott Watson at scott.watson@mdirss.org for additional project information. The School Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
