A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Town of Yarmouth, Maine (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for the Royal River Park Improvements located near 111 East Elm Street, Yarmouth, Maine. In accordance with the drawings and specifications presented in this Project Manual, the project consists generally of demolition, renovation, and construction of the Royal River Park current and new amenities including, but not limited to: asphalt paths and parking areas; concrete work associated with ramps, benches, bike racks, and water fountains; preparation for planting beds; fencing and hand rails; electrical conduit; lighting; and more. The project requires installation of stormwater mitigation measures, drainage, tree protection measures, erosion and sedimentation control BMPs, and the application of loam, seed, and mulch. The Royal River Park Improvements and is partially funded by the Land and Water Conservation Fund and Build America Buy America requirements will apply to all work.
