The work consists of furnishing and installing a new fire sprinkler system per NFPA 13, 2016 Edition in the existing structure, including connection to an existing fire alarm system per NFPA standards. Work also includes the installation of a new six-inch diameter water service to serve the new sprinkler system per NFPA and Yarmouth Water District standards. A performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price will be required. The Owner may waive any informalities or minor defects, or reject any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
