This project involves the construction of a new undergraduate science laboratory facility of 102,000 gross square feet to accommodate the growing demand for STEM H degrees at Virginia Tech. The proposed building is envisioned to be a four story structure, clad in a combination of Hokie stone, precast concrete panels and trim, and a combination of curtain wall glazing and punched opening windows.
