For the improvement of certain section of highways and bridges in LUZERNE COUNTY, KINGSTON TOWNSHIP, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE ROUTE 0309, SECTION 0394. Intersection Improvements on State Route 309 (Memorial, Tunkhannock Highway) to the State Route 415 and State Route 309 interchange in Kingston and Dallas Townships and Dallas Borough, Luzerne County. The intersection improvements include interconnecting the 10 signals in the corridor, replacing controllers, optimizing timing, replacing mast arms including foundations, replacing the signal heads with LED signal heads and back plates, new ADA ramps, and new line striping. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic will be accomplished with temporary lane/shoulder closures, as needed.
