Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Pen Argyl Area School District will receive sealed bids for the Wind Gap Middle School Driveway Restoration Project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security made payable to Pen Argyl Area School District in an amount of ten percent of the Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 5.1 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder must furnish the Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount equal to the Contract Price and meeting the requirements of Paragraph 5.1 of the General Conditions. Bids will only be accepted by bona fide bidders as outlined in the specifications. The project for which bids are being solicited will be subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act if the bid price is $25,000 or greater. Pen Argyl Area School District reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject, any or all bids. Questions must be submitted on or before 2/06/2019 4:00 PM
