Renovation of an educational facility in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 1/13/2022, per the owner no bids were received. A timeline to rebid the project has not yet been established. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on February 18th, 2022; questions will be accepted through PennBid, only from prime bidders. All questions must be submitted through PennBid and will not be accepted in any other manner. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security made payable to Pen Argyl Area School District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract price will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. Surety shall be satisfactory to the School District and shall be included in the contractor's bid amount. Pen Argyl Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the Pen Argyl Area School District.
