Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Questions received after the posted cut-off date of Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 5:00 P.M The Work will include but is not limited to, the following: - E. Babbitt Avenue Sewer Replacement Installation of approximately 105 LF of 8-inch PVC SDR-26 gravity sanitary sewer and three (3) 6-inch PVC sanitary laterals. Installation of approximately 70 LF of 12-inch HDPE storm sewer and Type 'C' storm inlet. Regrade and repave E. Babbitt Avenue and install ADA handicap ramps. See Section 01000 - Summary of Work in Bidding Documents for more details. - Moyer Avenue Sewer Extension Installation of approximately 40 LF of 8-inch PVC SDR-26 gravity sanitary sewer extension and one (1) 6-inch PVC sanitary lateral. Pavement restoration of Moyer Avenue. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/18/2023 5:00 PM Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of at least ten (10%) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price in the form of a certified check. The professional consultant responsible for the project is Colliers Engineering & Design. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer
