Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Pen Argyl School District will receive sealed bids for the New Maintenance Building located at Wind Gap Middle School 1620 Teels Road. Work includes General Construction, Electrical Construction, and Plumbing Construction. Drawings are available on PennBid by end of day August 19, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security made payable to Pen Argyl Area School District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract price will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. Surety shall be satisfactory to the School District and shall be included in the contractor's bid amount. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Pen Argyl Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the Pen Argyl Area School District.
