Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Removal Project CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/18/2023 5:00 PM The Work will include but is not limited to, the following: Transportation and disposal of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the daily production of dewatered sewage sludge ("Biosolids") from the Pen Argyl Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of at least ten (10%) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price in the form of a certified check. The professional consultant responsible for the project is Colliers Engineering & Design. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer
