Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Kure Beach, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Interior access inside the Conservatory shall be completed with an articulating boom lift under electrical power. No fuel operated machinery/lift equipment is allowed within the Conservatory. Recharging of electrical lifts, if completed with generators, shall be completed such that no exhaust is emitted into the Conservatory. Should lifts damage interior flooring, contractor shall provide protective/ground support matting to be used to as best as possible to protect the interior brick paver path walkways and support the weight of lifts. Damaged or unsuitable pavers because of construction shall be repaired after lift work is completed to previous condition. Ladders can be used where piping is accessible by ladder. Scaffolding systems for interior work shall not be used unless approved by the Engineer and Owner and in only limited locations.
