Wegman Construction Company requests Bid Proposals on behalf of the City of Rolling Meadows for the construction of new Fire Station 16 located at 2340 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. Bid Packages are: 02A-Earthwork and Foundation Excavation, 02B-Asphalt Paving, 02C-Site Utilities, 02D-Landscaping, 03-Concrete, 04-Masonry, 05-Structural Steel, 06A-General Trades, 06B-Architectural Millwork, 07-Roofing and Sheet Metal, 08A-Doors, Frames and Hardware, 08B-Sectional Overhead Doors, 08C-Aluminum Framing and Glazing, 09A-Gypsum Board Systems, ACT and Cold-Formed Metal Framing, 09B-Floor Covering and Wall Tile, 09C-Specialty Flooring (Epoxy and Polished Concrete), 09D-Painting, 15A-Fire Protection, 15B-Plumbing, 15C-HVAC, 16-Electrical and Low Voltage All bidders will be required to furnish bid security in the form of a bid bond, bank cashier's check or cash in the amount of (10%) of the base bid amount and shall be submitted with the sealed Bid Proposal.
