Tenders are invited to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and appurtenances, including transportation, to restore the Permeable Paver Parking Lot at Egan Water Reclamation Plant (WRP), located at 550 South Meacham Road, Schaumburg, Illinois, 60193. The Contract shall commence upon approval of the Contractors Bond and shall be completed within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the Engineer gives official notice to begin, or upon expenditure of available funds, whichever occurs sooner. The estimated cost of the work is between $142,500.00 and $172,500.00. There is no bid deposit for this Contract. A Contractors bond will be required. The work under this Contract is classified as "Construction Services" for the Minorityowned Business Enterprise (MBE), Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) utilization goals contained in the Affirmative Action Ordinance Revised Appendix D and Appendix V.
