The Contract work shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, etc. required to install approximately 2,000 linear feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 8-inch to 24-inch, storm manholes, catch basins, inlets, miscellaneous water and sanitary sewer service removal and replacements, pavement patching, grind and overlay, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, and parkway restoration, and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement along Park Street in the City of Rolling Meadows. Pre-qualification of Bidders in accordance with Section 02 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge construction in Illinois is required, along with a list of References in accordance with the General Provisions.
