The contractor will reconfigure two existing City Hall bathrooms in accordance with the specifications outlined in the project manual. One of these bathrooms will be upgraded to fully comply with the current ADA requirements detailed in the project manual. The project shall include demolition, necessary construction, plumbing, electrical work, furnishing, and installation of required components. All work shall comply with applicable codes and regulations. The City reserves the right to select colors and styles of materials and to make changes to the project scope as necessary. The contractor shall provide an estimated timeline for completion, including milestones for demolition, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing.
