Future College (Phase 2 Trades Sub Package Prequalifications) The Future College Living and Learning Neighborhood project will be located at the southwestern edge of the main campus at Parking Lots P102 and P103 and is envisioned to provide a vibrant multi-purpose living and learning neighborhood with a mixed use including housing, academic space, retail, and below grade parking.
