City of Oregon is requesting qualification statements from interested professional engineering firms for performing grant writing, grant administration, professional planning and professional engineering services for the Cedar Point Development Phase 2 Project. The firm selected will be responsible for writing an EDA grant proposal and if selected, an EDA grant application in accordance with Federal Regulations. Upon successfully securing funding, the selected firm will be responsible for detailed design engineering, preparing right of way plans and finalizing bid documents. The firm will assist the City of Oregon in the administration of the EDA Grant, and in complying with all Federal regulations applicable to this funding source. Specific questions concerning the project details can be emailed to proman@oregonohio.org. The City of Oregon will directly select a qualified consultant based on the responses to this RFQ. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
