**As of May 20th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Midwest Contracting for $363,900.** Sealed bids are being received for the Clay High School Engineering Classroom Renovation. Information, drawings, specifications, and bid forms are available for pick up for a non-refundable fee or can be obtained electronically for free. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 10% of the proposal amount from a reputable bonding company. Proposals must be addressed appropriately and marked "Clay High School Engineering Classroom Renovation" in the lower left corner of the envelope.
