The proposed work consists of the construction of 3150of new roadway with curb and gutter connecting Parkway Road to Wynnscape Dr. Work includes storm sewer, waterline, sanitary sewer, drainage, resurfacing Wynnscape Dr from N Wynn Rd to existing dead end, erosion control, and miscellaneous work required to complete the project. Alternate bid items include 1500 of waterline replacement along Wynn Road, construction of a 50 span bridge across Driftmeyer Ditch, and tree planting. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond properly executed can be submitted in lieu of a bid bond or check. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this Project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
