Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project includes replacing the Corduroy Road Bridge over Otter Creek with a 28-ft span precast reinforced concrete three-sided flat-top structure with concrete wingwalls on capped pile foundations, along with approximately 0.04 miles of approach roadway improvements, drainage, pavement, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, and related work. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions; and the requirements for a performance bond or a bid guaranty and contract bond for 100% of the contract price. This project is classified as a Local Public Agency project with the City of Oregon Administering the project and the Ohio Department of Transportation providing project oversight. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
