Expected Contract Value $40 -$50K Thereafter, bid results will be available electronic at portal. The project includes rough grading, paved ADA Access, picnic pavilion, concrete pad, other associated site work. The particular items of work and project requirements for the contract are identified more specifically in the Bid Format, Contract Specifications and Contract Documents. Portions of the project will be completed by the owner. Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. PA Prevailing wages will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, goals for minority and female participation, and related matters. The Contractor will be required to comply with the Provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. This bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations, and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11.
