Renovation of a military facility in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

*Please contact the owner directly for post-bid results.* HI1701M Repair BEQ Building 1634: Work includes miscellaneous structural repairs consisting of spall repairs, crack repairs, and repairs to walkways. Typical architectural repairs include replacement of deteriorated doors and windows, exterior and interior painting, scraping texture off of ceilings, replacing floor coverings and ceilings, replacing vanities and toilets (with associated plumbing repairs as needed),repairing partition walls and framing between shower and vanity, laundry room and common area repairs, repairs to exhaust ventilation system, replacement of HVAC ductwork and repairs to duct shaft to meet fire code, installation of fire suppression system and repairs to fire alarm system, and electrical repairs to include replacing all light fixtures, receptacles, deteriorated electrical conduits, electrical distribution panels, and wiring to meet arc fault protection requirements. The new fire alarm system will include manual pull stations, visual/audible notification devices, King Fisher radio transmitters, and hard-wired smoke detectors in each sleeping room in accordance with NFPA 72. Mass notification shall also be provided. Miscellaneous site work includes addressing ATFP setbacks (to include demo of abandoned cmu enclosure marked 6145) and repairs to Mechanical Building (1648) that serves both BEQ 1634 and 1635. Demolition includes removal of abandoned intercom system. Areas affected by repair shall be in compliance with applicable ATFP, fire suppression, seismic, accessibility, and ASHRAE codes and standards upon completion of the project. HI1327M HVAC System Repairs, Building 1634: This project will replace room variable air volume (VAV) boxes with new VAV boxes/controls. The work will include test and balance of the VAV boxes, and setting the minimum and maximum air flows by adjusting the flow potentiometers on the VAV box control board. Project includes replacing all sensors and window/door switches. Additionally, the project shall interlock each room Telkonet Smart Thermostat Controller, including electronic thermostat, occupancy sensor, door and window switches, to verify correct interaction with the VAV control, and add points to connect additional components of the AC system to the ALC DDC system. Outside air dampers and registers will also be replaced. HI1702M Repair BEQ Building 1635: Work includes miscellaneous structural repairs to consist of spall repairs, crack repairs, and repairs to walkways. The work includes test and balance of the VAV boxes, and setting the minimum and maximum air flows by adjusting the flow potentiometers on the VAV box control board. Additionally, the project shall functionally interlock each room Telkonet Smart Thermostat Controller, including electronic thermostat, occupancy sensor, door and window switches, to verify correct interaction with the VAV control. Project will also repair/replace outside air dampers and supply/return registers. Electrical repairs include replacing panels, light fixtures, switches, receptacles, and wiring. Provide temporary power for telecom equipment at Existing Telecom Room during downtime required for electrical work.
