The project. includes tenant improvements to the existing Seattle information Technology offices on the 25th floor of Seattle Municipal Tower. The Work includes an area of 18,933 SF and includes demolition; construction. of new walls; installation of doors, glazing and frames; built-in case-work; acoustic ceiling revisions; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and fire alarm revisions; and finish work. There are two Rid A.,[ternates/ Additives. Alternate #1 includes additional work in the Elevator Lobby C1R3 and Hallway ClER2. Alternate #2 includes extending acoustic partition to 6" above ceil-ing grid and providing addition-al layer of gypsum wallboard at Seating 2523 and Break 2522 side of framing. Spaces adjoining the Work area will be continuously occupied. All work shall be performed between 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. to avoid impacting employees.
