Estimated cost ; Between $750,000- $950,000 Borough of Wind Gap PA Construction Projects New Maintenance Garage and Existing Municipal Building Facade Renovations The Borough of Wind Gap will receive sealed bids for the following two construction projects on their existing property at 545 East West Street Wind Gap PA: a New Vehicle Maintenance Building and Facade Renovations to the existing Municipal Building; as individual projects and as a combined project. Prime bids are being received for General, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Construction Work. Drawings and Bid Forms may be examined at W2A Design Group. This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of PA Prevailing Wage Act. Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Material mans Bonds are required. The Borough of Wind Gap reserves the right to waive any informality in, and to reject any or all bids.
