Rollup Overhead Door TOTAL ALTERNATE 3 BID PRICE The aforementioned prices shall include all labor, materials, removal, overhead, profit, insurance, bonding, etc., to cover the finished work of the kinds called for. The foregoing prices are the basis upon which the undersigned will accept the Contract and thereafter complete the construction. Bidder understands that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Contractor and the Owner agree as follows: (a) The Contractor shall construct and complete the improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents. (b) The Contractor shall complete the improvements within the time period provided, subject to the stipulated damages thereafter. Upon completion of construction, the Contractor shall submit a Request for Contract Payment and for Engineers Final Inspection. (c) The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of the Contract, subject to additions and deductions provided therein on the basis of the prices set forth in the Contractor Documents. A 5% retainage may be held by the Owner until final completion statement by the Engineer and final acceptance by the Owner. (e) The Contract Documents prepared for the improvements form a part of this agreement as fully and completely as if said Documents were recited herein in full.
