The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, hazmat, concrete, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, equipment, mechanical, earthwork, exterior improvements and utilities Bonafide Prime General Contractors and Electrical Subcontractors may obtain a maximum of 2 sets, and others a maximum of 1 set. Additional documents may also be purchased directly from ARC for the cost of printing. Documents may be mailed for the actual cost paid directly to ARC. Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained from ARC Document Solutions via download from ARC Public Planroom free of charge. Bid Documents Return: Deposits will be returned to Bidders upon return of the Bid Documents to ARC in good condition within 10 days following Bid Opening.
