Site work for a water / sewer project in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Management (CM) firms for the Kennydale Lakeline Sewer System Improvement Project (KLSSIP), with an estimated construction cost of $10.7 million. The project is located in the Kennydale neighborhood along Lake Washington. KLSSIP will replace an aging in-lake sewer line, originally constructed in 1972, with a new land-based grinder pump system serving 57 homes and Kennydale Beach Park. Currently in final design, construction is anticipated to begin spring 2026 and continue for 18 to 24 months. Questions: Email inquiries to Anousheh Nawaz at Anawaz@rentonWA.gov.
