Renovation of a water / sewer project in Forest Grove, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of September 14, 2020. Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. Contractor shall complete the work as specified or indicated in Owner's Contract Documents for the Project. The work under this Contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the Reuse and Electrical Complex, including but not limited to the following (collectively, the Work): New , foundation and structure New HVAC and control systems New plumbing systems and fixtures New utility extensions (natural gas, city water, etc.) New electrical, lighting, and lighting controls New network raceways New interior finishes, appliances, and appurtances New associated civil and sitework (grading, gravel and concrete pads,retaining wall and fencing, etc.) The Work is described and shown in the Specifications and Drawings included in the Contract Documents. Owner reserves its right to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. The Site of the Work is the Forest Grove Wastewater Treatment Facility, 1345 SW Fernhill Road, Forest Grove, OR 97116 (Site). The estimated construction cost of the Work is $1,930,000. Substantial Completion 200 calendar days Final Completion 400 calendar days Milestone 1 - Substantial Completion of Electrical and Mechanical Rooms march 31, 2021 Questions Due Date: Jul 29th 2020, 3:00 PM PDT
