Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: 1. Demolition and removal of existing single-phase pumps, associated below-grade piping/valving, and electrical components (generator and control panel). 2. Civil site demolition and concrete slab and generator slab construction. 3. Extend new 480-volt three-phase power service to the pump station from an existing Forest Grove Light & Power pole. 4. Installation of new three-phase pumps, above-grade piping/valving, and associated instrumentation. 5. Installation of new electrical components, conduits, and wiring for new three-phase service onsite. 6. Installation of Owner-supplied standby generator and automatic transfer switch, and contractor procured control panel. 7. Temporary erosion control measures and a temporary bypass pumping system to facilitate construction sequencing for a continuously operated wastewater pump station. Sealed Bids will be accepted electronically. Bidders must register with Bid Locker. First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms must be electronically submitted by the stated deadline. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by the required bid security. Original bid security must be delivered by mail or hand within five business days after the deadline. The successful bidder will be required to furnish additional bonds and insurance as prescribed. The bidder shall be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to submission. The work does not involve asbestos. Bidders must be qualified according to the applicable state regulations.
