Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump sum basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Danville Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or bidding irregularities, to delete or reduce any bid item, and to award the contract as may be deemed to be in their best interest. No Bidder may withdraw his or her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof. The Bidders attention is called to the fact that this contract is subject to all applicable provisions of the State Prevailing Wage Act, and the bid shall be prepared accordingly. The applicable wage determinations are included in the contract documents.
